Thoughts about spring

are the first flowers coming up from the black earth after a long winter with lots of snow.

The first flowers are the blue Anemone and the Hazel bot.

Followed by the beautiful yellow "hestehov", (Norwegian name), and then the white Anemone.

Now in May it is different, we can see the changes in nature almost every day, maybe the most beautiful season.

On my regular morning walk the ice is completely gone from the lake, and I can hear the song of the birds that were gone in the winter.

The ants are also a sign of spring, even if not as popular as the white Anemone, they are important food for many birds.
